Influenza viruses include type A, B, and C, with type A being the most likely to cause epidemics, followed by type B, and type C rarely causing epidemics. This kit is used for the qualitative detection of influenza A virus RNA and Influenza B virus RNA in human oropharyngeal swab samples.
Influenza virus infection can cause headache, fever, body ache, nasal congestion, sore throat, and other symptoms. Influenza A virus can be divided into 16 H subtypes (H1~H16) and 9 N subtypes (N1~N9). H1, H2, H3, H5, H7, and H9 subtypes have reported infection in the human body. Influenza B virus is not classified, but there are mainly two lineages -Yamagata (Y) and Victoria (V).
This kit is suitable for people with influenza virus symptoms or those who have been in close contact with influenza patients.
