Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit For Stool DNA and RNA Extraction
Product Usage:
The kit is intended for rapidly extracting DNA/RNA from feces (e.g., human, viruses, bacteria, etc.). samples. Realizes the high-throughput processing of parallel samples. The whole operation process is safe, convenient and no need for organic reagent. The extracted nucleic acids are highly purified and in quantity, can be widely used in the fields of diagnostics, genomics research, disease detection, food safety and forensic identification, etc.
Product Specification:
Product Name | Product Code | Technology | Spec |
Stool DNA/RNA Extraction Kit | T181H | Magnetic Beads method | Pre-filled, 20T - 5T/Plate * 4plates |
T180H | Magnetic Beads method | Pre-filled, 64T - 16T/Plate * 4plates | |
T182H | Magnetic Beads method | Pre-filled, 1T - single strip * 20 pieces |
Product Principle:
In certain conditions, the Magnetic Beads bind the negatively charged nucleic acid. The Magnetic Beads that have been bound nucleic acids are magnetized, transferred and released via the specialized magnetic rods during the process of nucleic acid extraction, which accomplish automated extraction.
Storage & Stability:
All components of the kit apart from Proteinase K Solution should be stored at room temperature and are stable for 12 months,Proteinase K Solution should be stored at-20ºC.
Applicable Instrument:
TIANLONG Libex Nucleic Acid Extraction System and similar apparatus.
Sample Requirements:
1.Sample type: feces
2.Sample Storage:
2.1 When sampling, a large number of solids should be avoided.
2.2 Operator should wear disposable gloves when handling the potentially infected samples and wash hands after handling.
2.3 Stool samples should be tested immediately after sampling. Otherwise, samples can be stored at -20ºC for 3 days. For long-term storage, please store samples at -80ºC.
2.4 A sample can be frozen and thawed up to 3 times.
